Our client:

●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.

●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Contract and Costing Manager to be based in Guangzhou, China.

Main Responsibilities:

●Develop cost plan for new development project

●Prepare cashflow projections

●Review the design and use of material for effective cost control.

●Manage changes or Variation Orders throughout the development process to control cost according to best practices.

●Manage the tendering and procurement process and subsequent contract administration.

●Review, keep track of and recommend payments for vendors & contractors.

●Prepare and finalize the Final Accounts for contracts.

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree in quantity surveying

●At least 8 years of relevant QS or contract management experience in real estate in China

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
