●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Human Resources Manager to be based in Chongqing.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
●Overall responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities for the company, including setting up of HR policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, etc
●Be involved in mass recruitment of branch managers, service crew, etc
●Designs and develops competitive compensation and benefits system in accordance to market rates and best practices
●Designs, delivers and co-ordinates orientation programmes, on-the-job trainings, customer service trainings, etc
●Assists to build and maintain the culture of the company to build and establish a strong remote team
●Possesses at least a good university degree
●At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in Chongqing, with at least 2 years in leadership position
●Highly energetic and can-do attitude
●Candidates with experience in retail industry will have a strong advantage
●Candidates with experience in startups or setting up will have a strong advantage
●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
