Job Description:

●Ensure that the commercial blocks are fully leased

●Ensure right tenant mix

●Managing monthly leasing reports and tenants’ performance reports

●Building strong relationships with corporate clients, MNC and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore

●Be aware of general commercial real estate market trends

●Ensure that lease administration matters are in order

What you need to know/ have:

●A relevant degree holder with minimum 10 years experiences in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience

●Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in mall leasing

●Good knowledge of retail, brands and their requirements and sales performances.

●Potential industry contacts

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●Resourceful, hands on and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
