Our client:

• A foreign-owned energy Group with assets across China.

• Due to business needs, they now have an opening for Senior Finance Manager (Power Plant) to be based in Shanghai, China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements the company’s Annual Budget, Business Strategy and Performance.

• Leads the Finance and Planning teams to achieve the company goals

• Overall in charge of commercial matters (negotiation) with major Key Customer Accounts

• Manage and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, government authorities and shareholders to ensure the best interest of the company

• Develops, and implements appropriate commercial and finance support policies, systems and processes to mitigate business risk.

• Proactively identify and address issues that may hinder the achievement of annual budget.

Required:

• Possesses at least a good university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Energy sector

• Strong financial skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
