Our client is an established Malaysian property developer with Global Presence.

This position will report to the MD and Board of Directors.

Job Description:

• Oversee BD, Investment & Asset Management and Projects

• Responsible for developing and executing strategic investment plans for real estate portfolio.

• Sourcing, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the region.

• Provide leadership to the investment team to originate, analyse, finance, close, manage and divest real estate investments.

• Lead underwriting, due diligence and feasibility studies.

• Formulate business plans, enhancement strategies and management to existing assets.

• Initiate and streamline asset management processes across all operations.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics and / or any other related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of working experience with no lesser than 5 years holding senior management position in real estate investment and asset management.

• Regional or international experience with full spectrum of investment cycle exposure will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of all asset types including industrial/logistics.

• Excellent network for fund raising.

• Ability to spearhead business development functions (eg. JVs, strategic partnership etc.)
