Job Description:

• Oversee and lead a team in providing property maintenance and facilities management in all aspects for the commercial building.

• Ensuring the maintenance works/ service delivery are completed as per requirements and agreed KPIs.

• Responsible for overseeing daily building operational matters.

• Responsible for the approved OPEX and CAPEX of the building.

• Prepare and tracking of budget.

• Management of property development projects, retrofitting, upgrading or improvements.

• Formulate facilities related plans, house rules, permits etc

• Other duties as assigned by the Management.

What you need to know/ have:

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with good supervisory skills.

• Good knowledge of The Building Maintenance.

• Possess leadership, drive, initiatives and problem-solving skills.
